Industrial Grade Pan Mixer is powered by 5 HP electric motor/ diesel engine and has nicely designed gear box with oil immersed alloy steel gears which are used for speed reduction, avoiding open cast iron bowel pinion gears bulky flat pulley, thus resulting in easy operation and trouble free performance and eliminating maintenance and loss due to down time. The Mixer has capacity of 6 CFT of fine aggregate can be mixed per load which is 20% more than the available mixer in the market and the speed of shaft at mixing end is 25 RPM. The Mixer has the feature that all the components of the mixer can be dismantlement and assembled with ease making replacements of parts very easy. The Industrial Grade Pan Mixer is designed with four wheels with trolley for movement and after shifting to the required place the mixer could be jacked up and levelled for proper mixing operation with the help of jacks provided thus giving improved performance.
